LISW Training Supervision

Making a decision to seek social work supervision or training supervision is an investment in yourself and your social work career. Personalized supervision offers you an opportunity to grow as a social worker. Together we will focus on your individualize needs for supervision. You will gain knowledge and skills to use in several settings in the field.

I use a personable approach to supervision. Integrating over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker and administrator. Together we identify areas of proficiency and advance knowledge needs. We will use additional reading material, case studies, and practice interventions learned during our meeting time.

Supervision sessions are offered in the office individually and group. During the State of Emergency for Covid-19 , Office-based sessions have included furniture arrangements to maintain 6ft distance from supervisor and supervisee, all participants wear a mask for the duration of the meeting, and extra sanitizing precautions are utilized for the safety of the supervisee and the supervisor.
